Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging and condition.
- Not show any signs of damage caused by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Accessories and jewelry.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong size, damaged product, or a defective item, Cormio may offer an exchange subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item.
- A brief description of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Cormio (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
